Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance

By using maydesignstudio.com or purchasing services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

May Design Studio provides web design: website design, Shopify stores, landing pages, visual identity, Webflow development, and website care. All delivered digitally. No physical goods.

3. Payment

Checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments via Stripe in EUR.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Client owns all final design files and code. May retains portfolio display rights unless Client objects in writing.

5. Revisions

Included per plan. Additional rounds at hourly rate. Feedback consolidated per round.

6. Liability

Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the specific project.

7. Termination

Either party: 14 days written notice. Completed phases non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

Portuguese law. Porto courts. Last updated: March 2026.
